The perfect stroke starts in your head, not your biceps.

Stop fighting the water. Start gliding.

99% of swimmers don't plateau from lack of strength – they plateau from too much drag. We break your technique into detailed building blocks and rebuild it: body position first, then propulsion. Effortless kilometres instead of gasping after 50 metres.

Four lanes to effortless technique

Each pillar of the platform cuts your drag a little further – from your first feel for the water to a clean glide phase.

Our philosophy

Born on the long course, not in a textbook.

Behind swim-coaching.com is a multiple Ironman finisher: 3.8-kilometre mass starts in open water, middle distances, Olympic distances, marathons. No laminated licence on the wall – but thousands of hours in the water and the knowledge of which technique actually holds up in the world's toughest endurance races: the kind that survives fatigue.

That experience became movement engineering: detail-obsessed technique work with drills like the dolphin canoe, dolphin kicks and glide-phase optimisation – broken down into building blocks anyone can learn one at a time and reassemble.

The perfect stroke starts in your head, not your biceps.

Hydrodynamic drag grows with the square of your speed. Cutting your drag gains you more than doubling your power – which is why we train gliding first, speed second.

Detailed building blocks, not overload

Classic swim lessons fail on sequence: butterfly and turns before the body position is solid. We isolate every movement – glide phase, breathing, pull pattern – and only then put them together.

See it, don't take it on faith

Anonymised underwater video analyses with graphic overlays show in black and white where you brake and where you glide: red drag lines, green glide lines. Theory is explained by a professional AI avatar – precise, repeatable, around the clock.
