Swim technique in 3D
This is where the heart of the platform is being built: all four strokes as interactive 3D models. Rotate the view freely โ underwater, from above, in slow motion โ and understand what elbow angle, body position and glide time really mean.

What the 3D view will do
Underwater perspective
Pull phase, elbow angle and push-off โ observed where the movement actually happens.
Bird's-eye view
Body position, core tension and rotation from above โ ideal for understanding rhythm and symmetry.
Drills in 3D
Technique drills like the dolphin canoe or glide-phase work visualised step by step โ so you know exactly what matters once you're in the water.
The four strokes
Freestyle
High elbow, calm body position, efficient rotation โ the fastest stroke when the technique is right.
Breaststroke
Timing of pull, kick and glide โ the stroke where good timing is everything.
Backstroke
Stable body position and an even arm rhythm โ breathe relaxed, pull with power.
Butterfly
The wave starts from the core โ demanding, but learnable with the right progression.
The interactive 3D models are in production. Until then, you'll find in-depth technique articles in the guide.
